Bishop Andrew Cozzens, Bishop of the Diocese of Crookston, will be the speaker. Expect to be informed about the upcoming National Eucharist Congress, July 17-21, in Indianapolis, IN. Bishop Cozzens is the youngest of Edina Serrans, Jack and Judy Cozzens’, three children. He was ordained a priest in the Archdiocese of St. Paul & Minneapolis in 1997. After serving as Parochial Vicar of the Cathedral of St. Paul and the Faribault Catholic Community (now Divine Mercy), he went to Rome for doctoral studies. When he returned to Minnesota, Bishop Cozzens served at the St. Paul Seminary from 2006 to 2013 as a Professor of Sacramental Theology and Formator. Pope Francis appointed him as the Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis in 2013 and he was ordained on Dec. 9th. Bishop Cozzens currently serves as the eighth bishop of the Diocese of Crookston after being appointed by Pope Francis and installed in 2021. Additionally, Bishop Cozzens is the Chair of
the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops Committee on Evangelization and Catechesis where, on behalf of the bishops, he leads a three-year National Eucharistic Revival that began in June of 2022.
